  • Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear and lingerie items (bras, panties, shapewear) are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if a wrong or defective product is received.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to customer preference (size, color, or change of mind), return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
